All equipment undergoes diagnosis, and clients are kept informed.
An estimated quote is provided before commencing work, with costs varying based on required parts.
Please note that a non-refundable service call and / or diagnostic fee is charged to cover time and labor for assessing the problem.
This fee is not applicable to repairs carried out by Rojack's Electronics Services.
Additional charges may apply if equipment is not collected promptly due to storage constraints.
Unclaimed equipment may be sold after 3 to 6 months to cover repair costs.

The adages "if it's not broken, don't fix it" and "it's cheaper to keep her" still ring true.
While the latter typically refers to relationships, it can be relevant for electronic devices too.
Repairing older equipment can often be more cost-effective than buying new.
Older devices may outperform newer ones.

While we strive for same-day repairs, this isn't always feasible as parts may need to be ordered.
Our goal is to provide same or next-day repair services whenever possible. Otherwise we usually take 5 to 10 business days.
