We accept cash, cheques and bank transfer payment.


Yes, we do offer on-site repairs. However, sometimes repairs are completed at our repair center.


Our pricing varies depending on the type of repair and / or parts needed, and the device being repaired. 


Non-Refundable Fees

  • Service and diagnostic fees apply to all equipment.
  • $95.00 for equipment brought to the workshop.
  • $125.00 for a service tech to visit your location.

Payments

  • Payments should be made within five (5) days of receiving your invoice, unless otherwise specified or a payment arrangement is agreed upon.
  • In case you are unable to pay upon receiving the invoice, please contact us promptly to discuss and avoid additional fees.

Uncollected Equipment

  • If your equipment remains uncollected five (5) business days after the estimate or invoice is issued, a $10 fee will be charged every five (5) business days.
  • If you cannot collect your equipment, please contact us promptly.

Equipment Disposal

  • After sixty (60) days of non-collection or lack of communication, we reserve the right to sell your equipment to cover work costs, materials, and storage expenses.

Delays

  • Delays may occur due to factors like parts sourcing or shipment delays, which are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed throughout the process.
